Meg Young, LCSW, provides individual therapy for first responders, medical professionals, therapists, and anyone carrying the weight of helping others. Her approach is rooted in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and trauma-informed yoga. She specializes in trauma, secondary traumatic stress, anxiety, and burnout recovery.

She is licensed in Florida & Connecticut

Through Lifestyle Reboot, Meg offers a 6-month group coaching mentorship for therapists and solo entrepreneurs who want to earn more and expand their impact without burning out. The program combines body-based tools, nervous system regulation, boundary work, and sustainable growth strategies, not just business tactics.

The Person behind the practice

Meg Young, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience specializing in trauma, burnout recovery, and nervous system regulation. She is a trained EMDR practitioner, and uses Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and body-based approaches in her work. She has spoken at the Florida Behavioral Health Conference and supervises clinicians on their path to licensure. She works with first responders, medical professionals, therapists, and helping professionals who carry the emotional weight of their work.

In addition, she is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, incorporating yoga into her coaching and therapy practices.

She is the author of Anxiety Unraveled: Your Journey Toward Answers and Freedom, which is a compassionate, science-backed guide to understanding and managing anxiety through brain-body tools, mindfulness, and personalized strategies.

Outside of work, Meg enjoys being outside in nature, walking, biking, swimming, yoga, pilates - anything that keeps her moving. She also enjoys cross stitch and reading. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves finding the joy in life.
